My sweet father-in-law Lloyd is not doing well. His liver is so filled with cancer that surgery is not an option. Meanwhile, he has no appetite, therefore no energy, and had previously been told he could not start chemotherapy until he was stronger. Now, he is finally going to start chemotherapy but the doctors have no idea how his body will take it. They have given the chemo a 1 in 4 chance to work. His treatment will begin on the 19th. Please lift Lloyd and my mom-in-law Judy up in prayer. Specifically, Lloyd needs to regain strength and his appetite for the best possible outcome.
In other sad news, my sister's sweet poodle Tinker passed away yesterday after a very brief illness. She was only 9 years old, which is too young. Please keep my sis and her family in your prayers, too.
