Monday I had the pleasure of having sushi dinner with my dear friends Jen, Pam & Kristie. Pam & Kristie then surpised Jen & myself with princess-themed cupcakes (belated & early birthday celebration). As you will see in the picture below, the icing on the cupcakes was very, shall we say, colorful! And they even had prizes on top for us to enjoy.
